07/05/04 : So I took a three year break... The Pfeiffer Beer Tribute Page was one of the first web sites I ever made and it's really beginning to show its age. While I'm still a novice, I've learned so much about web design in the past few years. There are so many things on this site that I want to fix up, but limited time and the size of this site is going to make this a slow process. To start off, I added a bunch of photos of the old C. Pfeiffer Brewery building that is still standing in Detroit.
04/27/01 : Revamped the Gallery by numbering the sections and cleaning them up a little bit. New images added to the Galleries 3, 7 and 8. More of the sections have thumbnails as well. One or two new images added, but the revision was more for looks than content. (These changes were not published until May 2, 2001.) A few broken links were fixed as well.
04/12/01 : Today was pretty fun! I received some great emails from the Boyd family and the son of Sydney D."Don" Short. They gave me tons and tons of info to add to the History Section and hopefully will follow with some more photos! I want to thank everyone who has helped so much, especially family and friends of former employees! The site was updated by adding a lengthy history of Conrad Pfeiffer to the History Section as well as photos of some delivery trucks and Mr. Pfeiffer himself to the Historical Gallery.
04/11/01 : Got quite a bit done today including some more improvements to the History Section including the addition of a Historical Gallery with pictures from within the brewery! More to come!
04/10/01 : I'm back! Have been busy doing design for Motor City Improv as well as a few sites at work. Tons of great info coming soon, mostly to the History Section. I have been learning some better web design and plan on implementing it starting now!
